Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
- 1/2 cup ground beef
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs.
- Heat the butter or ghee in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the bottom is set.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the omelet.
